Why do you need to upgrade the N54 charge pipe for your 535i? The OEM BMW charge pipe is a ticking time bomb for any N54 535i running higher than stock boost. Its plastic design will adequately hold the boost on stock settings, but on a tuned E60 535i it is prone to bursting. The ARM E60 535i Charge Pipe allows you to replace the weak OEM E60 Charge Pipe while retaining the OEM diverter valves. Don’t wait until yours breaks to upgrade this critical component of your N54!

The ARM E60 N54 Charge Pipe is engineered to optimize airflow between the intercooler and the throttle body. To further increase the performance of your 535i, there are two hookups for either methanol or nitrous which come pre-capped. For reconnecting your factory TMAP sensor, there is a CNC machined flange for perfect fitment with new bolts to replace the coarsely threaded factory screws.

The design of the ARM E60 535i Charge Pipe will fit the stock intercooler or any aftermarket intercooler that bolts up to the stock charge pipe. To get the most of your charge-air system. upgrade your E60 with the ARM E60 535i FMIC Kit, which will completely replace the charge-air system from the turbo outlet all the way to the throttle body, including the FMIC. Both of the couplers that connect to the OEM diverter valves as well as the 45 degree elbow are constructed of 6-layer reinforced high-temperature silicone to handle the most demanding builds. T-bolt clamps are used to secure the charge pipe elbow, while worm clamps are used for the OEM DV connections for ease of installation.
